“From a management perspective, I seeportalas a great asset as it is one place bothclerical and clinical staff can go for patient information,” says Ruth Meyer, lead practice manager.

“The portal makes Referral Management easy,” says Donna Parmelee, lead access associate, “and I use it every day. I can track referrals by date and time and print them out if I want to.”

Matthew Fleig, M.D. likes that he can see the admission and discharge info for Rochester General Hospital on his laptop. “I also like that I can see historical data of patient testing for measures such as cholesterol and creatinine,” says Dr. Fleig, “and I can see the trends graphed over time. Those are important features that help me in patient care.”
