Who we are

GRIPA is the Greater Rochester Independent Practice Association, a unique partnership of physicians and hospitals in Monroe, Wayne, and Ontario Counties of the Greater Rochester, New York, region.

Our members include 822 physicians, of which 569 are private practitioners, and the balance employed at our member hospitals. Our hospitals include Rochester General Hospital and Newark Wayne Community Hospital.

Throughout our first decade, we have provided medical, business, and technology management services aimed at making better health care easier to deliver, less costly for patients, and more rewarding for all involved.
