GRIPA’s history as a provider organization has taught us that working collaboratively with physicians is the best way to ensure that the changes people make will stick.  Fostering the physician-patient relationship is a hallmark of the GRIPA Connect™ Clinical Integration program, and we work closely with the physicians as an extension of their office.

We promote best practices

Another way we have collaborated with local physicians is in the development and adoption of best practices in medicine.  GRIPA member physicians have started with local and national guidelines for treating patients and have set the bar higher. 

We report transparently

Health care is one of the largest expenses that employers know the least about.  We will work with you to identify measures that are meaningful and relevant to your organization.  In addition, we openly report our own activities so our clients know exactly what we have been doing.
