To help maximize the value of your benefits for your population, we will collaborate with any of your existing benefits providers including your broker, insurer or TPA, wellness program administrator, Personal Health Assessment vendor, or EAP provider. Schedule a Meeting
First, we will meet with you to listen to your needs, learn about your company, your employees, the benefits you offer, your health plan relationship, and generally what you are looking to accomplish. We will also present our program in detail, describing how we are implementing the quality, efficiency and accountability principles of health reform right here, right now.
Information Request
We will then provide you with a detailed request for information including your insurance or self-funding arrangement, an outline of your benefits including any wellness programs, Personal Health Assessments or screenings, and a member roster, if possible. If you have a broker, we will gladly work with them to acquire any information we will need.
Opportunity Assessment
GRIPA will then use that information to identify the biggest opportunities to generate value and produce a customized proposal for a Services Agreement.
Communications & Roll Out Plan
Once a Services Agreement is signed, GRIPA will work with you to develop an employee communication strategy including the roll-out plan to introduce GRIPA services through meetings, emails, open enrollment, etc.
